Looking at Dulce as you drive through New Mexico you would think it was just a sleepy Mesa.
Built on the flat land and surrounded by jagged mountains, dominated by the large red roofed buildings of the Ishkoteen Judicial Complex built in front of and overshadowed by the steep jagged rock that towers above.
With a population of 2743 (2010) it is the largest community of the native Jicarilla Apache's.
It is not where you would expect to find Aliens or Secret Bases, but then again where would it be better to hide such ?
Over the years strange things have been witnessed by those who live there, mutilated bodies of animals, strange lights, secretive building, reports of mutated animals and beings. It is believed that within the surrounding mountains and Archuleta Mesa is a massive underground complex where humans have worked alongside Aliens, and where there was a battle between them. There are also tunnels leading off to other secretive bases with very high speed transportation.
Philip Schneider, an explosive engineer who worked for the U.S. government, with high-level security clearance, claimed that in 1979 he participated in the building of a “secret underground base,” in Dulce, New Mexico. It was here that a horrific battle played out leaving 60 humans dead and countless subterranean aliens fighting for their life.
Phil Schneider who released the information to the public about the building of the complex and the battle between the aliens and human staff, lost his life in suspicious circumstances.
Below are some videos that explain, make up your own mind about it, but as they say there is no smoke without fire !
